YONA is a versatile mobile application designed for both iOS and Android platforms, dedicated to simplifying the process of buying, selling, and managing event tickets. Our platform provides users with a seamless experience to securely purchase, sell, and stream events they are unable to attend, utilizing digital tickets for enhanced convenience.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and expand YONA’s presence in the events and ticketing industry. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with event organizers, sellers, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with event organizers, venues, and ticket sellers to increase the availability of tickets on the YONA platform.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and user feedback.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the YONA platform.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies and business development efforts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and promotional activities.

Negotiation:

Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and terms for both parties.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partnership activities to the executive team.

Training and Support:

Collaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure that partners receive adequate training and support, fostering a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the events, hospitality or ticketing industry.
Strong understanding of the events and entertainment industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
