Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing
•3 years’ experience in FMCG
•Business English: Fluent
•Computer literacy (Intermediate)
•Interpersonal effectiveness
•Commitment and motivation
•Administrative capabilities
•Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

•Drive continuous improvement in sales processes.
•Assist with ensuring that all sales processes are properly documented
•Assist in providing support to marketing and trade marketing in the everyday planning of execution related activities
•Provide support to Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive continuous skill and process improvement
•Coordinate Sales Execution in-store initiatives per region and per channel
•Support in the development, analysis and revision of sales systems
•Assist with the analysis, investigation, development and maintenance of sales information systems
•Administer asset tracking and promotional execution
•Track and report on sales incidents, non-performance, car accidents and any special investigations
•Support the Implementation and evaluation of all sales execution operational activities
•On going national trade visits observing current processes, supporting and implementations of initiatives.
•Assist with POS material decisions
•Coordinate all sales events and sales participation in marketing events
•Communicate and coordinate campaign plans between Sales Execution/Trade Marketing/Key Accounts and Marketing
•Measure and communicate adhoc spend and gondola spend
