Job Description
People Connections is looking for energetic, customer-focused and results-driven individuals, with proven customer service and sales ability to join its team as Direct Sales Agents. They will be deployed across various service providers in different areas of the Southern region of Botswana. Job Summary: Selling products and services to new and existing customers. Identifying and acquiring new customers through various sales channels and activations. Presenting products effectively, handling objections and closing sales to meet targets. Processing customer orders, KYC and onboarding accurately. Assisting customers with service activation and providing after-sales support. Handling and resolving customer queries and complaints professionally and escalating unresolved matters appropriately. Maintaining accurate customer and sales records. Performing any other reasonable duties related to the position. Requirements: A Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related equivalent qualification. A higher qualification will be an added advantage. Previous sales, direct marketing, customer service or field sales experience will be an added advantage. A valid Class B driver’s license will be an added advantage. Experience in customer-facing or related sales will be an added advantage.
