Become part of Xavier Africa’s dynamic team as a Sales and Accounts Executive. This role offers you the unique opportunity to drive new business acquisition while simultaneously nurturing and managing existing client relationships. Your multi-faceted responsibilities will range from presenting compelling pitches for potential clients to overseeing the efficient execution of services such as website analytics and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and develop new business opportunities through tailored pitches.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring the efficient execution of services.
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring website uptime and addressing any issues promptly.
• Facilitate client communications, understanding their needs, and addressing requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain proactive client relations throughout all project phases and beyond.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a role with similar responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and familiarity with website management.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
• Social Media management skills and familiarity with invoicing software will be an added advantage.
