Roto Mould Production Manager – Makoro Brick & Tile

Job Description

Location: Makoro Tank Technologies

Purpose:
To manage end-to-end production processes in plastics manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost control from compounding to roto mould and injection plant.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• At least 10 years’ experience in plastics manufacturing
• Proven experience in roto and injection moulding
• Strong knowledge of plastic materials and processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production from compounding to finished products
• Manage production schedules and team performance
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and efficiency
• Optimize processes, reduce waste, and control costs
• Train and mentor production staff
