Job Description
KGK JEWELRY BOTSWANA (Pty) Ltd is a jewelry manufacturing company seeking passionate, driven, candidates to fill in the below posts: Production Manager, Jewelry Repair Technician, Jewellery cad designer, Jewellery artisan-Refining, Jewellery artisan-Filing, Jewellery artisan-casting/waxing, Jewellery artisan-Setting, Jewellery artisan-Polishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and running the KGK Jewelry factory.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Implementing lean manufacturing practices in the factory.
- Analysing and reporting about the day to day production in the departments.
- Strategizing & liaising with the management team.
- Planning and organizing production schedules.
- Analysing production process to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost savings.
- Conduct workforce training and development.
- Supervise a range of skilled and unskilled workers.
- Ensure quality controls and equipment maintenance programs are enforced.
Requirements
- BGCSE
- At least 10 years in Jewellery manufacturing.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Experience in negotiation and building relationship with suppliers.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to manage dynamic and changing workforce as well being able to work extremely well under pressure.
