We are looking for a seasoned, highly skilled and professional Receptionist for Retail Group, Botswana’s Largest Multi-Branded Food Services Franchisor.

Your Roles and Responsibilities Include:

As the first point of contact for the company, we would require you to deliver on (but not limited to) the following:

To receive, assist and direct guests with a friendly demeanor.

Manage incoming calls, transferring to relevant personnel and taking messages.

Co-ordinates the sending and receiving of goods and mail, maintaining all necessary records.

Updates office calendar, boardroom bookings and maintaining office contacts.

Maintaining tidiness of the reception area.

Additional clerical functions as needed.

As the ideal candidate you must have :-

  • A suitable certificate in Secretarial Studies and/or Administration
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Must be computer literate
  • Strong communication, professional and interpersonal skills
