The National Agricultural Research and Development Institute (NARDI) is a Botswana government – funded research and development institute incorporated in 2015 as a company limited by guarantee. The Institute was established to conduct hiqh quality needs based research and development across the agri cultural value chain for the benefit of the economy, the agricultural industry, government and contribute to the body of knowledge in science and agricultural research NARDI has a country wide decentralised presence through a network of Regional Research and Innovation Centres. Field stations and Experimental sites. NARDI wishes to recruit highly skilled and innovative individuals with a passion for excellence and ability to drive the transformation of the Institute into a high-performance research and development organisation. Receptionist X 3

Main Purpose of the Job:

To provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support in order to ensure that NARDI services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

BGCSE plus certificate in administration or a closely related discipline.

Experience:

At least one (1) year post qualification experience working with a busy switchboard, fluent in both English and Setswana.

Competencies:

Good interpersonal and communication skills, telephone communication etiquette, listening skills, and attention to detail, presentable.
