Job Opportunity available for a young, versatile individual to assist in our front desk. The individual will be expected to work from 10:30am – 7:30pm,

Duties:
– Operate telephone switchboard and answer and transfer calls.
– Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees.
– Greet visitors and escort them to appropriate office or person.
– Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously.
– Miscellaneous tasks as per the job description
-Good at sending emails

Competencies
– Customer service skills
– Good interpersonal skills
– Attention to details
– willing to work long hours

Minimum Qualification:
_Bgcse
– Business Management Certificate will be an added advantage
