Requirements
- Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Essential for permits)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a manager in a 4/5 star lodge (Essential)
- Good understanding of all functions within a lodge operation
- Sound financial acumen.
- Previous 4/5 star experience essential
- Strong Food and Beverage background
- Very strong Hosting skills
- Excellent Customer Relations
- Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
- Professional and well groomed
- Driver’s license essential
- Motswana Nationals Preferred
