Having spent the last 12 years within the Hospitality Industry, there are three things Charlene and I discovered about ourselves; the passion we have for Africa, it’s people and the industry.

We’ve had the privilege to have worked in some of the most amazing lodges within Southern Africa; from doing boat cruises on the mighty Zambezi, setting up treehouses in the Sabi Sands, preparing bush breakfasts in Kruger National Park and watching the staff choir delight our guests in the Timbavati. We have seen and experienced it all!

We have however, also dealt with the frustrations; finding the right candidate with the right skill set for the position, ensuring that the candidate fits in with the culture of the business, and making sure that the company culture is actually the right fit for the candidate.

It is thanks to these life lessons that we were inspired to embark on our own adventure, and therefore dedicated our lives to serving the industry, by providing professional and efficient recruitment services to our clients and applicants.

We choose to focus on quality rather than quantity.
