Basic Function of the Position
The Human Resources Business Partner – Talent Acquisition And Recruitment Systems will be responsible for partnering with the business to deliver workforce requirements through effective talent acquisition, recruitment systems and resourcing strategies, ensuring timely quality appointments while driving recruitment governance, analytics, candidate experience, diversity and continuous improvement and assisting with compliance with company policies, labour legislation, and organisational standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Your key accountabilities include:
- Coordinating the HR function as the key user and functional owner of the HR recruitment Systems (PageUp) Applicant Tracking System, including system administration, user support, workflow management and continuous improvement.
- Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities in PageUp from approved position requisition, advertising, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, assessing, conducting reference and security checks, offering candidates, onboarding and final handing over to line management.
- Developing proactive talent pipelines for critical, scarce-skill and hard-to-fill positions through professional networks, recruitment platforms, educational institutions, agencies and other sourcing channels like LinkedIn.
- Monitoring workforce, labour-market and recruitment trends and advising management on current and future skills requirements, resourcing risks, talent availability and alternative staffing solutions.
- Coordinating recruitment system workflows, templates, vacancy records, candidate data and recruitment documentation while identifying and resolving data discrepancies, system issues and process gaps.
- Collaborating with HRIS, IT and other stakeholders to align and integrate PageUp with SAP, HRIS, onboarding, payroll and other relevant HR systems, including testing and implementing system enhancements.
- Developing and maintaining recruitment and workforce dashboards and producing monthly, quarterly and annual Talent Acquisition reports for HR, line management and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring and analysing recruitment performance measures including Turnaround time, recruitment bottlenecks and system utilisation, and implementing improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency, data quality and candidate experience.
Minimum Qualifications, Competencies and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field.
- Additional qualifications or certification in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, HR Information Systems, Project Management or related areas would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years’ progressive Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering or a broad HR Generalist role.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems.
- Experience with PageUp would be an added advantage.
- Experience producing recruitment dashboards, HR analytics and management reports.
