MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The primary purpose of this position is to provide security services to Government premises at night. Key Responsibilities: Guards Government Buildings and property by patrolling the premises and ensures that windows and doors are securely closed and locked. Maintains a record of Government movable property taken in and out of the premises to prevent theft of Government property. Checks all fences and enclosures for unauthorized access and reporting any defects to the Supervisor. Reports all cases of theft and burglary immediately to the supervisor and police. Hoists the National Flag and lowers it at designated times. Records in the diary all suspicious occurrences to assist in cases of theft and Burglary. Undertakes any other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Direct entry. Experience in security services will be an added advantage. Working with People.
