- Managing security guards and conducting site inspections
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Handling incident reporting and coordinating directly with clients to maintain site security
Requirements
- A certificate or higher qualification in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Criminology and Law, or a closely related field
- Valid driver’s licence
- Valid Omang
- Valid police/fingerprint clearance
- Updated CV demonstrating relevant supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, reporting, discipline-management and incident-response skills
- Five or more years of relevant experience will be an added advantage
