Job Description

G4S (Botswana) Limited invites suitable candidates for the below mentioned positions Nationwide.

Responsibilities
– Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.
– Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
– Protect property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
– Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
– Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
– Apprehend criminals and evict violators.
– Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
– Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
– Perform first aid or CPR.

Requirements
– Minimum BGCSE/Cambridge and/or a certificate in security management
– Must hold no criminal record.
– Must be Mature and Responsible.
– Physically and mentally fit.
– Have Integrity and self discipline.
– Fluent in both English and Setswana.
– Ability to adapt to working under pressure.
– Customer centricity.
– Previous experience as a Security Officer is an added advantage.
