Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service Online UPS systems and associated DBs
• Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis on UPS and electrical systems
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and company standards
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Liaise with clients and internal teams on system status and upgrades

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (essential)
• Valid electrical qualification / Driver license (e.g., Wireman’s License or equivalent)
• 7-10 years’ hands-on experience with Online UPS systems – installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Proven experience installing and maintaining UPS Distribution Boards (DBs)
• Strong understanding of power systems, electrical safety standards, and preventative maintenance practices
• Experience working with power systems in a Data Centre environment will be a strong advantage
