Job Description

A temporary role reporting to the Property Manager, responsible for managing the leasing process and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements to drive customer relations and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure minimal revenue leakages due to vacancies through tenant retention and effective marketing.
  • Manage the rental collection processes to ensure optimal cash flow for the company.
  • Ensure that tenant complaints are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure that performance of external service providers is closely monitored as contractually provided in the service level agreements.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well maintained.
  • Allocating and managing space within the Shopping Center and outside
  • Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
  • Management of rental and arrears collection.
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved.
  • Oversee the active marketing of the Shopping Centre.

Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate / Property Studies
  • Professional Memberships / licenses, REIB – EA, PM.
  • A minimum of 3 months’ experience in management of property.
