Job Description

AYOKI FABRICON PVT LTD is erecting, and assisting in the testing and commissioning the boilers, turbines and auxiliaries Unit 2 & 4 (175 MW x 2) at the Jindal Mmamabula Energy Project with strict deadlines. It is looking for the following personnel: Technicians for testing and commissioning and skilled technicians for the erection of Boilers, Turbines and Auxiliaries. The candidates are expected to possess the following technical and other competencies:

Key Responsibilities

• Testing and commissioning of boilers, turbines and auxiliaries.
• Erection of Boilers, Turbines and Auxiliaries.

Requirements

• Skills in Erection and alignment of Boilers, Turbines and Auxiliaries capacity 175 MW x 2.
• Specific skills in the erection of boilers include experience as structural fitters, boiler pressure parts welders, specialized riggers, pipelines gas cutters and grinders, working at heights of up to 60 meters.
• Experience in co-ordinating with cranes and cranes operators for erection of heavy materials and installation of heavy equipment.
• Experience of working safely at significant heights and in shift operations including night operations.
• Experience of working at mega construction project sites, including at power plants, would be an added advantage.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with references in erecting boilers and power plants.
