Key Responsibilities: Experience managing commercial, government, mining or large corporate security contracts. Experience in alarm response, control room operations and CCTV monitoring. Training in risk assessment, investigations, emergency response or occupational health and safety. Experience in client relationship and contract management. Requirements: A strong and decisive leader. Professional, disciplined and trustworthy. Results-oriented and highly organised. Able to work independently and make sound operational decisions. Able to manage competing priorities across multiple sites. A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
