Key Responsibilities
- Achieving Sales budget set by Head Office
- Stock control
- Maintain proper merchandising standards
- Reporting monthly profitability of store and departments
- Supervision of stores, staff development and training.
Requirements
- Training Certificates in Retail Management
- 6+ years’ experience in a senior management position
- A proven track record indicating a high level of success within the fast-moving consumer goods industry
- A proven track record of relationship, team building and leadership skills
- Sound interpersonal, communication and negotiation capabilities
- Business process management expertise
