SUPERMARKET I RETAIL STORE BRANCH MANAGERS
We are an established multi-retailer with a network of Supermarkets and Bottle Stores across Botswana. Our company is a market leader in Fresh Foods and Quality Customer Service and currently has opportunities available for experienced Retail Supermarket Managers, Regional Managers, Butchery Regional Managers, Production Butchery Supervisor, Technical System Managers, and Extra Heavy Duty Driver due to new store openings and expansion. From the beginning, our company’s approach was driven by a search for excellence and a single-minded determination that we would be the best.

REGIONAL MANAGERS

Must have a minimum of over 15 years of experience in retail management
Training Certificate in Retail Management including Specialty Training Certificates will add an advantage

Responsibilities:

To direct and be responsible for the operations of all the retail stores throughout the centers of Botswana including the opening of new stores and supervising supermarket managers
Monthly Departmental Sales Reporting
Monthly Profit and Loss Analysis
Reporting to the Managing Director
