Botswana Agricultural Marketing Board (BAMB) seeks the services of a qualified, innovative, results oriented and self-driven individuals for the following positions.

REGIONAL MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

To manage the day-to-day retail operations within a geographical region of responsibility to achieve business goals and meet organisational objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION. Degree in Agricultural Economics or Business Administration or Strategic Management or equivalent from a recognised institution.

EXPERIENCE: At least seven (7) years post-graduate experience of which four (4) should have been spent at supervisory level in a retail environment. Strong experience in sales, grain storage, business development, warehousing, and distribution.
