Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ministry of Local Government and Traditional Affairs (MLGTA) employees for the post tenable in Gaborone City Council.

Main Purpose of the Job
To assist in the management of records at the Records Management Unit.
Main Duties
- Facilitates collection of mail, sorts mail and ensures distribution of mail to addresses.
- Analyses mail, files in the relevant file and facilitates action by action officer.
- Reviews the mailbox to ensure that the correct file reference has been annotated on the correspondence.
- Facilitates prompt collection and delivery of mail boxes and files on a daily basis.
- Circulates the spare copy float file to authorized officers and facilitates its return to the RMU for records.
- Undertakes any other related duties as directed by management.
