Job Description

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, mobile sales or reporting applications)
• Sales & Marketing skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with farmers, agro-dealers, and distributors
• Capable of achieving monthly and annual sales targets

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and reporting skills

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in agrochemicals, agricultural inputs, or FMCG
• Fresh graduates with relevant agricultural training may be considered

Language Requirements

• Fluency in Setswana is essential
• Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
