Job Description
Botswana Oil Limited (BOL) was established to achieve the Government’s economic objectives of ensuring the security of fuel supply, managing government strategic fuel reserves, and facilitating active citizen involvement in the petroleum industry. We are looking for outstanding and driven individuals to take up these exciting and challenging roles:
The role is responsible for the structured planning, execution and completion of projects through the management all aspects of the project pertaining to scope, delivery timelines, budget, risks, resources and quality as well as defining the appropriate project governance and controls to ensure successful project execution.

Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering or any related field.
Professional/Technical: PMI or Prince2 certifications (PMP – Project Management
Professional), CAPM – Certified Associate in Project Management)
Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification relevant experience with a proven track record in managing mega and strategic projects with proficiency in Project Management software and related tools (MS Project).
