Applications are invited from suitably and self-motivated, energetic and innovative qualified persons for the below post tenable at Makoro Brick in Palapye.
PROJECT MANAGER XI
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To oversee the planning, implementation, and trading of specific short- and long-term projects (new plant) being implemented.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Cambridge / Olevel Certificate.
•Certificate / Diploma in Heavyclay Industry or Ceramics
•Good Understanding on Quality Standards for grading products
•Computer literate
•Driver’s Licence.
•Minimum 10 years’ wort experience in Clay Manufacturing or Ceramics.
MAIN DUTIES
•To define the scope and able to allocate products to relevant grades;
•Creates a detailed manufacturing wort plan;
•Develops a schedule for Production;
•To implement Production Quality Management Systems;
•Reviews the manufacturing plan according to the product demand with Sales;
•batse with relevant departments for international product demand;
•Manage support staff and motivates for efficiency and production yields.
•Manages all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.
Ensures all projects demand are delivered on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
