SUPERMARKET I RETAIL STORE BRANCH MANAGERS
We are an established multi-retailer with a network of Supermarkets and Bottle Stores across Botswana. Our company is a market leader in Fresh Foods and Quality Customer Service and currently has opportunities available for experienced Retail Supermarket Managers, Regional Managers, Butchery Regional Managers, Production Butchery Supervisor, Technical System Managers, and Extra Heavy Duty Driver due to new store openings and expansion. PRODUCTION BUTCHERY MANAGERS/ SUPERVISORS

Must have over 12 years’ of experience in retail management and butchery production
Training Certificates in Retail Management including Specialty Training Certificates in Meat processing / Market will add an advantage

Responsibilities:

Managing major daily operations of butchery
Meat processing & manufacturing according to work plan
Effectively plan and monitor production
Sales and waste control & shrinkage in the department
