URBAN LIFESTYLE PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC, a physiotherapy clinic located in Phase 2, Gaborone is seeking suitable candidates for the following positions: Job Summary Type: full-time Location: Gaborone Category: Healthcare Closing Date: 2026-09-04 Key Responsibilities Conducting patient assessments and diagnosis Treatment planning and implementation Maintain thorough, accurate and timely patient health records Comply with BHPC regulations Maintain organized records of patient accounts, treatments and billing information Ensure all documents are appropriately filed, both digitally and physically Track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts Compare records from the clinic’s billing system with payment confirmations to identify discrepancies Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly Help prepare financial reports such as daily cash flow statements and accounts receivable aging reports Ensure that all accounting practices comply with relevant regulations and standards Requirements A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution Must be registered with the Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC) At least 1 year work experience A degree in accounting or a related field is typically required At least one year of relevant experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record keeping and analysis to ensure data integrity and compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software/tools for data analysis, reporting and financial management Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality of financial information How to Apply Apply now: [email protected] Closing date: Friday 04 September 2026
