PARTS COUNTER CLERK
Duties
- Reporting to National Parts Manager
- Receiving, Processing and storing parts and attachments
- Supplying against internal workshop requisition
- Direct interactions with wide range of customers
- Taking inventory of spare parts and maintence of stores
- Creation of quote requests and purchase orders
Qualifications
- Min 2 years experience
- BGCSE or Higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Sage/SAP and point of sale system
- Highly motivated and
- Ability to handle customer complaints
- Class B driver’s license required
- Ability to work under pressure
