Job Description

We are seeking creative and self-driven individuals to become a part of our growing team. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

DISPATCH AND RECEIVING CLERK – APPAREL

A Dispatch and Receiving Clerk – Apparels duties and responsibilities include:
1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
2. Communicating with suppliers to buy the right fabrics and accessories.
3. Communicating with the client to agree on the materials they prefer.
3. Product development and price offer to the client.
4. Arrange all materials (Fabrics and Accessories) to make the required product
5. Closely monitoring the sampling approval process and on-time provide to the client for approval and arrange approval for the go-ahead.
6. Size set submits to the buyer and arranges approval for bulk production.
7. Regularly basis checks with the quality department and ensure quality is maintained.
8. Keep inventory of all garments and accessories available.

Qualification and Requirements

⦁ BGCSE with any higher certificate
⦁ Strictly +3 years post-qualification experience in the textile industry or in a related field.
