Main Purpose of the Job:
Assists the Supervisor, Organisational Performance to carry out their duties. These include: drafting surveys and questionnaires, interviewing various staff members.
Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Draft surveys and questionnaires focused on assessing the current state of mind of staff with regards to the company and any changes within the company.
- Assist the supervisor in identifying whether certain departments are overstaffed or understaffed as well as the skills currently available within the departments.
- Assist the supervisor in cascading the corporate strategy to staff.
- Advise management on matters related to the administration of contracts or employee discipline or grievance procedures.
- Assist management in reviewing the performance of staff and communicating the results to them.
- Assist staff in understanding the areas they need to improve on and offer general guidance.
- Suggest any workplace improvements to the supervisor.
- Management and tracking of training levy claims.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related area.

Experience:
- Two (2) years’ of relevant experience in a large organisation (preferably a mass-market financial institution)
