Main Purpose
To provide support to mentors to ensure a smooth implementation of the DREAMS program within the districts.
Key Responsibilities
AGYW Safe Spacessupport recruitment and enrolment of AGYW into safe spaces.
- Supports and ensures Mentors provide required services for AGYWs enrolled in a Safe Space
- Support and ensures mentors deliver full DREAMS service layering to AGYW (Social Assert Building, HIV and Violence, Ready to work and Referrals).
- Provide mentor management and empowerment: one-on-one performance meetings and couching monthly sessions
- Provide weekly safe space tracker to supervisor.
ELA program
- Facilitate enrolment and provide mentorship to ELA participants
- To guide and support AGYWs on Economic Strengthening Pathways (employability and entrepreneurship)
- To aide AGYW to draw action plan to pursue their Economic Strengthening Pathways Objectives
- Provision of Coaching and Mentoring for AGYW Economic Strengthening Pathways needs and goals.

Experience and Qualifications required
- At least 2 years’ experience in NGO Sector
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business Management, Social Sciences, Marketing and Communication, minimum equivalent training
- Experience in an NGO environment will be an added advantage.
