HOPE worldwideBotswana (HwwB) is looking to invite suitably qualified, result oriented and self-driven individuals to apply for the following vacancies tenable across three (3) sites as follows;

Position: Mentor

Role Summary;
The objective of the mentoring process is to ensure that protective assets are built amongst adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) who are part of DREAMS, by engaging with them, aiming to empower AGYW to be resilient, determined and AIDS-free. This position exists to ensure successful implementation of the Mentor Management Program.

Primary Responsibilities;
· Responsible for Safe Space and Mentor Management
· Safe space establishment
· Mentor supervision: coaching, training and welfare
· Safe space service delivery and completion (Layering)
· Mentor payment preparations
· Safe space reporting

Qualifications, Experience and key requirements
· Minimum Diploma in Social sciences or related
· At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Experience working with youth
· Good presentation skills quantified
· Computer literacy
· Time management skills
· Team work
