HOPE worldwideBotswana (HwwB) is looking to invite suitably qualified, result oriented and self-driven individuals to apply for the following vacancies tenable across three (3) sites as follows;

Position: MENTOR LEADER

Role Summary;
Reporting to the Mentor Officer, the position will be responsible for AGYW’s enrolled in DREAMS program and retained on the program, fully layered with primary service package, clinical and non-clinical secondary services, contextual interventions and linked to AGYW economic strengthening programs.

Primary Responsibilities;
AGYW Safe Spaces
· Supports the recruitment and enrolment of AGYW into safe spaces.
· Supports and ensures that Mentors provide required services for AGYWs’ enrolled in a Safe Space.
· Supports and ensures that Mentors deliver full DREAMS service layering to AGYW (Social Asset Building, HIV and Violence, Ready to work and referrals).
· Provides mentor management and empowerment: one-on-one performance meetings and monthly coaching sessions.
· Provides weekly Safe Spaces tracker to supervisor.
· Provides monthly narrative reports
· Ensures that mentors submit tools timely.
· Preparation of mentors’ monthly payment list
ELA Program
· Facilitates the enrolment and provision of mentorship to ELA Participants.
· Guides and supports AGYWs on Economic Strengthening Pathways (employability and entrepreneurship).
· Aide’s AGYW’s to draw action plan for pursuit of their Economic Strengthening Pathways needs and goals.
· Conducts monthly follow-ups and checks with AGYW’s at their respective attached companies willing to support AGYW’s in their business ventures.
· Retains AGYW’s in the program for 12 months
· Identifies and reports success stories and most significant changes on monthly basis.
· Ensures time-based progress on mentorship.
· Compiles AGYW’s economic strengthening weekly report tracker
In school Life skills and Facilitation (Locum)
· Assists in the provision of Life skills and services for in-school AGYW’s in case of any identified need for Facilitator stand-in.

Qualifications, Experience and key requirements
· A minimum of a Diploma in Business Management, Social Sciences, Marketing and Communication minimum equivalent training.
· 2 years’ experience in the NGO sector.
· Experience working with youth
· Good presentation skills quantified
· Computer literacy
· Time management skills
Team work
