Job Summary

Motsosa Funds is a growing financial services business specialising in Purchase Order Financing and Insurance Agency Services. We are looking for a dynamic, organised and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing & Operations Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for Purchase Order Financing and Insurance Agency Services.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Promote the company’s financing and insurance solutions to individuals, SMEs and corporate clients.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
• Develop marketing content, campaigns and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, businesses and strategic partners.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Track marketing performance, sales activities and conversions.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions and business forums.
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
• Ensure company procedures and operational controls are followed.
• Support management in ensuring efficient delivery of services.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, operations, insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional, trustworthy and results-oriented.
• A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
