Job Description
VACANCY:
Core focus of the Managing Director role is to implement the business plan with full accountability for the P&L with specific focus on growth and new business development.
Minimum Requirements:
⦁ At least a Diploma in Biotechnology
⦁ The successful candidate must have demonstrated excellent leadership qualities in the management and operational of teams in the water treatment industry.
⦁ Candidates must have been in a management role for 15 years or more.
⦁ Excellent Leadership Skills and motivational skills is a must.
⦁ A good technical knowledge of water treatment subjects such a Cooling, Boiler, Pretreatment Reverse Osmosis applications and various Sales and Leadership topics is required.
⦁ The candidate would be expected to be able to transfer these skills to local staff members.
⦁ Candidates must be able to work under pressure and be prepared to work in remote areas.
