IT Officer – Warehousing Company

Job Summary

We are recruiting for 11 roles in a warehousing company that stores and distributes health products, including medicines and medical and laboratory supplies. All posts are full-time. We need suitable candidates who meet the minimum requirements below. Keep systems, networks and devices running reliably to support warehouse and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure and support computers, networks, printers, scanners and handheld terminals.
• Provide first- and second-line user support.
• Support the WMS and its rollout across sites, working with the system developer.
• Maintain connectivity, backups, security and user access controls.
• Support temperature monitoring and vehicle tracking systems.
• Maintain the IT asset register and manage IT vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and systems support.
