Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Primary School Computer Teacher to introduce our students (Standard 3 through Standard 7) to the exciting world of technology and digital literacy. You will equip young learners with foundational computing skills, online safety knowledge, and interactive problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver creative computer literacy and digital skills lessons tailored from Standard 3 to Standard 7.
• Teach foundational concepts including basic keyboarding, interactive software, digital safety, and introductory logic/coding.
• Manage and maintain a productive, safe, and engaging computer lab environment.
• Integrate technology across subjects to enhance students’ digital fluency.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / ICT / Computer Education
• Minimum 2 years experience teaching computers at primary level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic coding (Scratch), internet safety, typing
• Ability to maintain computer lab and keep it organized
• Patient with young learners and able to make lessons fun and practical
• Knowledge of Cambridge Primary ICT curriculum
