Aleyo Capital (Proprietary) Limited is a Botswana-based investment and asset management firm specialising in private equity and mezzanine investments. The firm is looking for a suitable candidate to occupy the position of Investment Manager tenable in Gaborone.
Investment Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing a team of investment analysts while reporting directly to the Associate Principal and indirectly to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities shall include:
– Deal origination, structuring and execution
– Conducting industry related and market-wide research
– Performing investment appraisals
– Performing detailed financial analysis
– Performing of financial modelling
– Participate in conducting of due diligence
– Securing finance
Portfolio Management

Requirements, Experience and Competencies:
– Bachelor of Finance, Economics, Accounting or any related field.
– CA or CFA or CAIA or Master’s Degree in Finance related profession.
– Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in private equity, finance, investment banking, corporate advisory, and accounting environment
– Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
– Teamwork and networking skills
– Portfolio management skills
