The Gambling Authority was established as a gambling regulator by the Government of Botswana through the Gambling Act, 2012. HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP) RE-ADVERTISEMENT

This is a strategic HR role reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The role entails working with the Executive Management and Board of Directors and it is mainly responsible for developing and managing the Authority’s talent development programme and being advisor on recruitment, training and development as HR capacity planning and management. We require a person with the expertise and the experience working at strategic HR level in a commercial environment dealing directly with the CEO’s.

For this position we require a minimum Degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification. A Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology or a related field will be an added advantage.
The positions require at least eight (8) years’ work experience three (3) years of which are at middle and senior management level.
