Role Purpose
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager the Front Desk Officer is responsible for:
Receiving and assisting the Council stakeholders through the provision of the required information and directing calls and visitors to the relevant office or personnel as necessary.
Key Performance Areas
·      Cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
·      Efficient switchboard management services.
·      Proactive and timely support service to the Council’s stakeholders.
·      Stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Requirements
·      O’level certificate (BGSCE)
·      A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience.
·      Basic computer skills and switchboard operation experience is essential.
