Job Summary

Jwaneng Savings and Credit Cooperative Society (Jwaneng SACCOS) invites Companies based in Jwaneng with the relevant experience and capacity to express their interest in providing facilities maintenance services for Jwaneng SACCOS for a period of twelve (12) months.

Key Responsibilities

• General building maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing works
• Electrical works
• Carpentry and joinery
• Doors and windows repairs
• Painting and general building works
• Air-conditioning maintenance and repairs
• Other general facilities maintenance works as may be required by Jwaneng SACCOS.

Requirements

• Be based and operating in Jwaneng.
• Be legally registered and licensed to operate in Botswana.
• Demonstrate relevant experience in facilities/building maintenance.
• Have suitably qualified and experienced personnel.
• Have the capacity to respond to maintenance requests within the required timeframes.
• Provide evidence of previous or current similar contracts, where applicable.
