Job Summary:
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the incumbent will implement cost-effective programmes for the maintenance of the company’s’ facilities, coordinating all maintenance works with both internal and external maintenance crews.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducts inspections of facilities for defects and general upkeep.
Supervises building and facility refurbishments.
Raises job cards for repairs, renovations and new installations.
Communicates with Drawing Office of any changes made to facilities.
Ensures cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
Monitors job progress, quality, and resource utilization to optimize maintenance efficiencies.
Supervises landscaping in business areas including company swimming pools.
Participates in budgeting, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.
Procures services as and when needed to support seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management/ Property Management, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years’ post qualification experience in Facilities Management.
Exposure in contract management will be an added advantage.
Valid Class B Driver’s license.
Driving cranes and trucks as and when required.
Valid Driver’s License.
