Located in Gaborone, Setlhoa Office Park Plot 75783 Block 6, First Floor.

Director – Audit and Assurance x 2
Alliant CPA is seeking an experienced Audit and Assurance Director to join our dynamic team. We are a leading firm with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to the highest standards of professional integrity.

Responsibilities
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and audit reporting; prepare reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Review audit work papers and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory bodies.
• Effectively manage a portfolio of clients and act as the key relationship contact with the client and ensure that the clients receive a high-quality service.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
• ACCA, BICA or CIMA qualified.
• A member of BICA in good standing
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
• Should be able to work with CaseWare Software and knowledge of Pastel Accounting Package will be an added advantage
