Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities and drive overall efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for business growth.
• Oversee departmental performance and initiate improvements.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on key business objectives.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational enhancements and cost savings.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Monitor and report on key operational performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a senior operations leadership role, ideally in retail, building hardware, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and supply chain.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate strategic plans into actionable goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA would be an added advantage.
