SUPERMARKET I RETAIL STORE BRANCH MANAGERS

We are an established multi-retailer with a network of Supermarkets and Bottle Stores across Botswana. Our company is a market leader in Fresh Foods and Quality Customer Service and currently has opportunities available for experienced Retail Supermarket Managers, Regional Managers, Butchery Regional Managers, Production Butchery Supervisor, Technical System Managers and Extra Heavy Duty Driver due to new store openings and expansion. BUTCHERY REGION AL MANAGERS
TECHNICAL / SYSTEM MANAGER

Must have over 15 years of experience in retail management and butchery production
Training Certificates in Retail Management including Specialty Training Certificates will add an advantage

Responsibilities:

To direct and be responsible for the operations of all the retail stores throughout the centers of Botswana including the opening of new stores and supervising supermarket managers
Managing major daily operations of butchery
Meat processing & manufacturing according to the work plan
Effectively plan and monitor production
Sales and waste control & shrinkage in the department
