Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, employees, HR policies and workplace order.
• Drive growth, marketing, merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships.
• Enforce SOPs, accountability, same-day updates and performance improvements.
• Resolve incidents, strengthen internal controls and coordinate access security.
• Oversee document approvals, customer orders and event preparedness.
• Represent and protect the organisation’s interests.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
• Strong leadership, financial control, HR and marketing skills.
• About 10 years’ relevant management or supervisory experience and banking training, preferably through BIBF or equivalent, will be advantages.
• Candidates must hold a valid Driver’s license.
