Branch Manager (x2 Positions) – BBS Bank Limited

Key Performance Areas:

• Oversee budget preparation, analysis, reports and adherence.
• Acquire new clients and retain existing clientele through value proposition as well as searching for potential financial services opportunities in order to meet business objectives.
• Manage the branch sales and marketing processes.
• Supervise all the branch transactions and manage monthly return from the branch.
• Implement and monitor organizational service standards across the branch.
• Provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the organizations sales and service through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
• Monitor and ensure delivery of high customer service standards.
• Resolve customer complaints in accordance with organizations standard and guidelines.
• Implement anti-money laundering awareness programmes.
• Manage front to end credit collection and comply with credit policies and product programs.
• Provide leadership, training and supervision of branch staff.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Administration, Sales, Marketing, Strategic management or related area.
• MBA or related would be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Five (5) years’ experience in a retail banking or mass market financial institution, including at least two (2) years supervising a branch.
