Hyprop is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 0-2 years of experience in a management position, coupled with knowledge in marketing and accounting.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, registered with BICA (Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants).

Alternatively, a BBA in Business Management or an equivalent qualification.

Professional Experience:

0-2 years of experience in a management position.

While management experience is preferred, we welcome applications from talented individuals with strong leadership potential.

Skills and Knowledge:

Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and budget management.

Driver’s License:

Must possess a clean Class B driver’s license.
