Job Summary

The ATM and Cash Support Services Team Leader shall be responsible for the management of physical cash and foreign bulk stock levels including across ATM services in accordance with set limits. Represent the bank at regulatory level (Cash Management Committees).

Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Business Management, Economics or related) from a recognized tertiary Institute.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience of working in the financial industry dealing with physical cash.
  • Essential – knowledge of the banks processes and rigor requirements related to cash handling knowledge.
  • Essential – ATM daily cash reconciliation, system knowledge.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
